| GEE has extensive experience with a variety of Construction Quality Control projects. Our personnel’s specialized experience includes administration and inspection of projects governed by State & County design and inspection Manual, Quality Control Programs, the latest edition of the International Building Code (IBC), and BOCA National Building Code Section 1705 “Special Inspections.”
The typical services that our personnel have performed on Construction Quality Control projects have included inspection and testing of foundations, structural fills and backfills, precast and cast-in-place concrete, grout, mortar, reinforcing and structural steel, roofing, fireproofing, and asphalt. Our testing and inspection services are performed in accordance with national and local standards such as ASTM, ACI, AASHTO, WACEL, AWS, AISC, VDOT, and MDOT. Our technical personnel work under the supervision of a Professional Engineer. Our field personnel are certified in the particular discipline designated to inspect and test, including WACEL and NICET. We have special expertise in Contractor Quality Control (CQC) Services.
